It’s been a really, really, busy time and continues to be!! It’s crazy. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m filming the newest series of Waterloo Road… but now Kim Campbell is Head, and I’m loving it. There are a few familiar faces and a whole host of new ones. It means I’m splitting my time between London and Manchester with the family coming to stay during school holidays. Feels great to be back up north, although from Leeds, Manchester really feels like home.
Finding it hard fitting my degree studies in around the filming schedule and my new-found love of tennis. I just can’t get enough, every spare minute I have I’m driving up to David Llyod in North Manchester to get a hit in. I’ll have to get my head down if I wanna pass.
Last year was crammed and my projects are just starting to be screened now. Help was a huge critical success and Choose or Die which just got released on Netflix has been a surprise hit. It was a little low budget indie film, shot during lockdown which has gone straight in at #1 on the Netflix chart. Coming up this year I have the release of The Suspect on ITV with Aiden Turner and the fab Christmas film where I get to married to Danny Mays again.
